ANCIENT EGYPT – The Beast Awakens
2-6 PLAYERS / 45 MINS
Professor Edward Lewis is the leading, world-renowned expert on the runes and mythology of the Ancient Egyptian Empire. His latest breakthrough, while exploring the ruins of the Grand Pyramid, was the finding of a never before found sub-chamber full of secrets. Mysteriously, the letter outlining his find is dated four years ago and the university has ever not heard from the professor since. You gather a team of archeologists are to go to the site and uncover the professor’s fate, and complete his quest to reveal the truth. You make the necessary preparations with your team and fly out to Egypt. You thought things looked a little out of sorts as you are being taken by the site by the locals, but asking about the professor gets you nowhere – it seems that the old gentleman was rather eccentric and preferred to work alone. Your guides don’t seem too fond of the area either, as they drove away almost the second you stepped out of the vehicle. Your team strikes a couple of lanterns and makes its way into the pyramid. Following the instructions from the professor’s last letter, you walk into the chamber and the first thing you see is his skeleton with an Egyptian idol beside it. Before you can react, a stone slides into place behind you, blocking your way back out. Your only way forward is into the darkness. It seems that the late professor has left clues around the area. What could this all possibly mean?
