How can I reserve a room?
Our easy-to-use online booking system is the best way to reserve our escape rooms. Click “BOOK NOW!” on the theme page you wish to play, choose the time that works for you, and confirm your booking!
You can also call us to book if that is easier for you!
How do I change/cancel a reservation?
Please contact us at least 3 hours in advance for changes to game time, chosen theme, or if your player count changes by +/-2 players.
Please contact us as soon as possible for cancellations.
Can I rent your facility?
Yes, we do offer full facility rentals! Contact us at [email protected] for more information and we’ll get back to you with our rental details as soon as possible. Escape room games are great for team building experiences!
Do we take walk-ins?
We do! However, we recommend booking ahead of time to avoid disappointment and guarantee your chosen escape game’s availability! Without a reservation, we can not guarantee a game will be available to play
Do I have to pay in advance?
Any payment details required by our booking system are purely to secure the reservation itself. All payments are handled on arrival to our location, prior to starting your game.
Make sure to mention any applicable discounts before paying as they can not be applied retroactively.
Am I going to be playing with others?
Our escape rooms are private experiences for your team only! Once you book, your team will be the only ones allowed into the theme at your chosen game time.
You will need minimum two players for our rooms, though the more the merrier!
How often do we change the themes?
The themes are changed depending on their popularity. You can check our Facebook/Instagram for theme updates.
Periodically our staff will update some of the challenges in the rooms to spruce up the experience.
Do we have space to store your belongings while playing?
Absolutely. We provide complimentary lockers for all of your personal belongings so they will be safely and securely locked away during your escape experience.
