How do we book a reservation?

You may book a reservation online or over the phone; we recommend booking online, as that’s the easiest way to see all available rooms at a glance. If you’d prefer to book over the phone, please have the date, time, and room picked out.

Do accept bookings that do not reach the room maximum?

Indeed we do, but escapes are more fun with more people!

Can we pay online?

We do not take online payments.

Do you take walk-ins?

We do! However, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular room to a walk-in, as our reservations will take priority. We recommend booking at least a day in advance, if possible.

Can I change or cancel a reservation?

You may change attendance or cancel a reservation online, up to 3 hours prior to the booking; if you need to change the date, time, or room, or need to cancel fewer than 3 hours prior to your escape, please contact the store for assistance.

Do you provide lockers?

Absolutely! A locker is provided as part of your room fee; you will take the key to your locker into the room with you. If you have any large items that do not fit into the locker, please let staff know, and we will store them appropriately.

Do you ever change the things inside?

We update locks, clues, and props as necessary, which may result in minor differences to puzzles over time; larger scale changes are normally only done when a theme has been discontinued and replaced, which will also be accompanied by a change in name.

Do you offer full facility rentals?

Yes we do! If you’d like to set up a booking for 3 or more rooms, or for a birthday or similar smaller event, please contact the store via email or the team building form; we recommend booking such events at least 2 weeks in advance. Please include as much relevant information as you can, including the date and time of the escape, the rooms you’d like to book, and a rough estimate of the number of players; including the type of event can also help us better assist you.
