Rules
- Please arrive on time to your games to allow for payment and preparation
- Players must be at least 6 years old to play. We do not allow toddlers or babies inside the theme rooms.
- Players ages 6-12 require an adult group member to play
- No video recording and photography in our game rooms
- Please do not bring flashlights, electronic devices and writing utensils into the game
- Please do not bring any food, beverages, or gum into the game
- Please do not remove any props, labels, or decorations from the room
- Please do not use excessive force or violence in the facility
- Please treat the staff in a kind and respectful manner
- We Reserve the Right to REFUSE SERVICE to Any Person(s)
Cancellation Policy
Regular Groups:
If there are any changes in your participant numbers or cancellations, please give us a minimum of 3 hours notice so other customers have an equal opportunity to enjoy our games.
Large Groups:
If there are any changes in your participant numbers or cancellations, please give us a minimum of 72 hours notice.
Failure to change the number of Players without adequate notice will result in paying the outstanding balance regardless of how many Players show up.
Deposits become Non-Refundable within 72 hours of the Booking.

FAQ
Do you provide lockers to store our belongings and is it safe?
Absolutely. We provide complimentary lockers for all of your personal belongings so they will be safely and securely locked away during your game.
Do you take walk-ins?
Walk in customers are allowed, however we cannot guarantee you will have a spot without a reservation; especially on weekends as we are then the busiest. Customers are suggested to book their reservation 1 week in advance in order to guarantee themselves a spot.
How do we book a reservation?
We highly recommend you to book your reservation through our online booking list as it is the most convenient way to check the available time. However, booking via phone is also an option!
Do you ever change things on the inside?
Depending on the performance of our customers, we periodically change the puzzles and clues inside. For version updates, please continue to check our Facebook page.
Do you offer full facility rentals?
Yes, we do offer full facility rentals! Contact us at [email protected] for more information and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Please include any relevant information such as your party size, date of the event, etc.
Do we pay online?
We do not take payments Online. Payments are made in person at the time of your Game.
What if I need to make changes or cancel a reservation?
Please let us know 3 hours prior to your game. For Large Group bookings we require a 72 hour notice.
Do we have to have 6 people in order to participate in the game?
Not at all! You only need a minimum of 2 people, but it’s more fun with more!
