During this global COVID-19 pandemic, we are committed to giving you a safe place to come together with close family and friends to have a memorable, worry-free experience. At any Exit location you visit you will see that we have taken extra measures to keep our staff and players safe at all times. Below is a list of measures that you will seen being taken at all of our locations across Canada:

1. Staff will wear non-medical masks at all times while interacting with players.
2. All high touch points in our rooms are sanitized every time after a room is played by customers.
3. All high touch points in the common areas are sanitized regularly.
4. Free gloves and hand sanitizer are offered to every player who takes part in our escape rooms. Masks are available at most locations for an additional cost of $1.
5. Players are encouraged to wash/sanitize their hands after playing the game and leaving their escape room.
6. Any group must include a maximum of 6 people. We also ask that groups postpone their visit if any player has:
7. a) returned from international travel in the last 14 days
8. b) has been in contact with someone who has returned from international travel in the last 14 days
9. c) experienced any covid-like symptoms
10. Staff will help groups through the intercom as much as possible during the game and avoid entering the escape rooms while players are inside as much as possible.
